Bernard & Gabby's Wedding in Rio Hondo Texas

The stars were aligned on the night that Bernard and Gabby met. Neither of them intended to be out that night, yet they crumbled under the pressure from their friends and opted for a night out a local pub in town. Gabby had been there plenty of times before, but never paid a second thought to the long haired drummer who played with the band No Vacancy. Gabby's friend is the one who introduced them to each other that night. One look at Gabby and Bernard was completely smitten. To Gabby's pleasant surprise the once long haired drummer had a stylin new short due. When Bernard asked for me to shoot the wedding, I was more than ecstatic to do it. He and I go way back, although we were never more than just acquaintances thru his friendship with my sister Lisa. I've always thought highly of Bernard. He's a genuine, good hearted guy that everyone loves to be around and Gabby is just like Bernard a complete sweetheart. Gabby and Bernard you are completely perfect for one another and we're so happy for you!

The mariachi band opened up as the entertainment during dinner at the reception.  They made the rounds to each table, I was taken back to my childhood over and over again by the spanish serinades.

Bernard on drums and Charlie as the lead vocals took me back to 1997 when we'd hang out and listen to the guys play.
